Head of Experience Strategy and Design at Mirabeau

Until May 2021 I was Associate Director leading the design department of 45+ diverse specialists.

This role was both inward and outward facing and was right on the intersection between business and design. With the teams, I focused on promoting collaboration, self-steering development and transparency. At the same time, I optimised operational processes for design work, which increased project collaboration across regions. I built an independent P&L view with prognoses to enable better decision making. This created a business case for better investments into the growth of team members. To the outside, I engaged with clients to solve business challenges through human-centric experience projects. This usually started with early talks with client leaders and reframing their challenge in a human-centric way. Following that, I lead the strategic approach and shaping of proposals, commercials and project teams.
